Growing up during the 2016–2017 rap wave, CDGMAR came up surrounded by the generation that watched hip-hop become more experimental, internet-driven, and personal. Rather than choosing one lane, he treats rap as a foundation for exploring whatever he finds interesting—from melodic and alternative sounds to raw lyricism, production, engineering, visual art, and culture. Since 2021, he has independently produced, recorded, engineered, and released his own music while collaborating with other artists and developing his own creative world.
His work is rooted in balance—ambition without arrogance, vulnerability without weakness, individuality without isolation. The goal isn't simply to make songs, but to create a body of work and a personality that people can recognize, relate to, and eventually build alongside.
